As a charitable organization, the Salma Mahafooz Foundation strictly maintains a general non-refundable policy for all donations. Once a donation is made, it is immediately routed towards our ongoing relief projects (Education, Food, Animal Rescue). Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds on intentional donations.
We understand that technical glitches or human errors can occur. We will process a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Once your refund request is received and verified, it will take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) via our payment partner, Razorpay. Note: If an 80G tax receipt has already been issued, the refund request will be rejected.
If you have set up a monthly recurring donation (subscription), you can cancel it at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. Existing past deductions will not be refunded.
