If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
All donations made through our payment gateway (Razorpay) or direct bank transfers are purely voluntary. The funds collected are strictly utilized for our core charitable causes: Child Education, Food & Nutrition, and Animal Rescue. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to the most urgent projects as deemed necessary by the management.
Donations made to the Salma Mahafooz Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. To receive a valid tax receipt, donors must provide their correct Full Name, Address, and PAN Card Number at the time of donation. The Foundation will not be held responsible for generating incorrect receipts if the donor provides wrong or incomplete information.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information (Name, Phone, Email, PAN) collected during the donation process is securely encrypted and processed via our verified payment partner, Razorpay. We do not sell, rent, or share donor data with any third-party marketing agencies.
All content, including text, logos, photographs, and graphics on this website, is the exclusive property of the Salma Mahafooz Foundation. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or donations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
